Basing its content on evidence based scientific research such as the work of Professor Lisa Feldman Barrett, this course dispels some of the established myths around human engagement.  The course focuses on the key attributes of person to person skills. Although the basic principles of mindfulness originate in the Buddhist, Zen and Tibetan meditation techniques, the benefits of mindfulness and meditation are supplemented by an increasing body of academic research.
